Ok, back in December i sent a package to my mate recorded delivery, 1st class, it took them 11 days to deliver it.

I just sent a letter to my mate special delivery, so it's guaranteed to get to his house by 12 noon the next day, and suprise suprise it didn't arrive, so ill be claiming my £3.75 back because they did not even make an attempt to deliver it.

Ive sent 3 packages and all 3 of them have been late.

Christ royal mail suck, what do you think of them?

Blah blah azul, read the whole thing, 3 things sent in 1 month, all late, one of them about 10 days late.

Im entiteled to my opinion.

Just because there was a delay in delivering one of your packages, they suck?

They have redeemed themselves by getting it to him today and refunding my money.

I know what you mean. I will avoid using RM for my own personal use (although I do get to send things in free Special Delivery if I send from my work!).

At least you got your money back though, so the whole muck-up and resolution was at RM's expense!

Yes i can understand that, but still, i payed extra for special delivery so it will get there by 12 today, and it didn't.
Thats what really pishes me off.

I dont really have any problems with the royal mail.
