Suicicde is not cowardly. Suicide is not the easy way out. Killing yourself is the bravest or most desperate damn thing you can ever do.
Cases like this come up, and people moan that such criminals are allowed to live. Yet when they kill themselves? "Oh, Death was too easy."

I'll admit I don't really know jack' about any of this, but for what I've heard he has done, I certainly do not think he deserved such an easy and simple "escape route" from it all!
For what he did, he deserved to suffer the FULL `Life-Sentance´ he was given. Suicide allowed him to get-out (or so, we can only assume...).
Like what some people have said, he should have been monitored by security, 24/7, so that this could've been prevented and stopped.
What's the point in giving someone like him a life-sentance if they're still going to have the chance to escape?!?
