I read that a war hero was murdered in cold blood on his doorstep.
83 year's old he was, if my memory serves me correctly.
Police say thet believe there was no motive.
What happened, was, he was shot at point blank range by a shotgun.
Not a simple handgun shot or anything.
A shotgun.
How can *anybody* just walk up to a frail old man, and blast him through the chest with a shotgun?
Oh, and this wasn't in America by the way. Which shocks me almost as much.
Jesus Christ.

True. But I believe it's worse because the man fought for his murderers freedom, didn't he?

Again, true.
But think about it.
If it was a pistol, you imagine someone sneakily hiding it up their shirt or whatever, then quickly whipping it out, firing, and scarperring.
Whereas a shotgun is more heavy and cumbersome, and he'd have to have waltzed up to the man, fired, and escape less quickly.

Really? I thought it's the little tw*t with a gun?
I know what you're saying though.

These things happen?
It's blasé attitudes like that which allow this disgusting immoral absurdity to exist in modern society.
It's blasé attitudes like that which allow this disgusting immoral absurdity to exist in modern society.
It's disgraceful, unfortunately these things happen these days.
Oh, and I don't think the Police know who it was at all.
I'd drop this, but I can't.
It's just digging into me that some pathetic bástard had no respect for life, let alone a frail old man who had risked his life during the heat of war.
I find it disgusting that a man who had faught for the freedom of our country was just ignored as a person, in a sense, and was fired upon.
This is going to be stuck in my head for a while.
I hate nothing more than this sort of ignorance for life.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
