Which forum member was it who stayed awake for absolutely ages?

I have a feeling it was a notable, perhaps Grix, perhaps not.

Anyway I want to know how long he stayed awake because I've not slept for 2 days now, and might as well go for the record.

I've also hooked on coffee, and I've been watching that show, Shattered, on channel 4, where contestants stay awake as long as they can. I'll beat them all.

no sleep yet. I'm going to work out how long I've been awake in a moment.

I nearly slept last night and just as I was drifting into sleep - a coffing fit befell me. :-(

No, I was being sarcastic. I should have put it in quotation marks. I was saying that when you made that comment you were less than 20% of the way to the world record.

And I've been sleep deprived for the last few days and I'm not fully recovered yet, so I won't try any sort of challenge. Got exams coming up.

The longest time I've not slept for was about 50 hours, when I went to York on a school trip about 5 years ago.

That is all.

Coffee tastes crap i prefer tea although it wouldn't keep me up for more than 24 hours.
