Yep, I purchased me a guitar today, and it came with a little teach yourself book. Well, I;ve done al that already, and was wondering if anyone knew any good teach yourself sites.

Keep at it, try not to get on the "its too hard, I can't do it thoughts". It just takes time and lots of practice.

I'm self-taught. But I don't know any chords. I play pure tab.

I started learning guitar, i would love to be able to play it, i have wanted to play it for years.
But i just couldn't find a teacher near me and my dad said that if i did i would have to pay for the lessons, and seems as i have no money to my name i had to teach myself.
I found it to hard and stopped.
I still got the guitar the ready to learn.

Bass is far easier than 6-string though.

Or just use Google if you want to find a specific tab fast. I'm a solo genius. And I can play Brain Stew well, as well as a few others. Shame they sound crap without drummers though :0(
