my dad just bidded for presumably 5 sony vaio laptops.

The description was Sony Vaio laptop £150 2.6ghz NEW YEAR STOCK
So we ordered 5 and the e-mail confirmed it

Underneath it was chatting about a book for £4.00 saying about these seizure gov't auctions

Have we done the right thing and will we actually get the laptops?

The guy that's getting £100 for just supplying a link - what a lucky sod! And E-Bay can do nothing to him, as he clearly stated it. WHAT A LUCKY BIYATCH! If only I knew the links, I too would participate in such crafty crimes :D

Also i have read, it says you can only buy 1, if you have bought 5 he will probably reject it.

It's only £15, no big deal and im sure you can get a refund because the picture is not what it is selling.

But I bet that hyperlink takes you to some catch laden dodgy dealer... Eg pay £55 now and then 30 each month for 2 years etc...

Might be legit but still not straight forward...
