What you doing for this oh-so monumental evening?

Partying all night and stumbling blind drunk into the new year, or sitting home and watching porno?

Discuss.

Going into London to meet a lass that's over from LA and doesn't know too many other people.
We're going to see Les Miserables, then take a couple bottles of champagne and go sit on the Embankment and watch the fireworks over The London Eye, then go on a late-night/early morning stroll along The Thames.

Yeah, I'm definitley looking-forward to 2004.

'03's been quite a disaster of a year, to put it simply. So-many things have gone wrong or "not-as-planned"... I was hoping that, tonight, I'd be able to go-out and forget about it all in the company of others that I enjoy. Still... I DON'T yet know what my "potential-girlfriend" is doing tonight, since she doesn't seem to be answering her phone or text-messages....

Parents getting divorced, driving licesne NOT coming (when I could've done most of it in 2002!), dropping out of Year 13 and almost going "off the rails"... Not a very good year, at all.

But things do seem to be getting "better" between me and this girl. I'm finally becoming a more indipendant person. We're moving back to a proper village, among civillisation under the age of 65... And it SHOULD be third-time-lucky for my driving test, come February. :)

You do all realise the likelihood of getting a taxi tonight is equal to finding a pot of gold in your living room when you arrive home.

Taxis charge double time tonight too.

"Unless she is fine.

Then you can let her use your bed. Yes."

She's about 70.

And I'm always the one demoted to the attic whenever we have company, since a) I'm the youngest and b) I used to have my bedroom in the attic anyway.

Still it sucks having to sleep up there since all it has is a tiny TV and my old 64. My widescreen TV, PS2, Sky and X-Box sit in my room gathering dust while I'm up there...
