Its about as moronic for me to make that kind of claim, that we're going to win the league, because we're beating portsmouth, as it is for people to write us off over a couple of bad results.

It's like what I mean about the "Chelski" fans and their hate for Ranieri (please note how I use the term "Chelski" as opposed to "Chelsea", the REAL-team with the REAL Blues'-fans). When you win a game, the media ARE making it out like you're gonna go "all-the-way"; unbeaten for the rest of the season. But when you lose, it it: "all-over".
"Chelski" fans (NOT "Chelsea", like yourself) have been very much behind Ranieri through thick-and-thin, however. It is only those who now support the ``Nu United´´, expecting "instant success", who go the other way - and there does seem to be an awful lot of them, already!
You see, in short... "Chelski" are the new Man United. That's all.

Fantastic second half. I was there today and there was nothing more satisfying than wayne bridge's celebration, after the pompey fans had been booing him all game.
3 good goals as well, a cracker from geremi. Watch out for lampards 30 yards strike that hit the post. Mutu was brilliant today, my man of the match.
