Q1. How many years out of date is this paragraph (below) and where did I get it from?
One new "Notable" is elected every three months, in respect of their contribution to making the Future of Gaming forum (in the Open Forums) a very special place.
Q2. What's an "Open Forum"?

CORRECTISSIMO
There were Game Forums, for specific games, and Open Forums where you could talk about anything. There were too many Game Forums for it to be workable so they were abandoned a LONG time ago.
I see FOG Bridge is still standing. Now all we have to do is get rid of the creatively named "General Chat" and we can return to our former FOGtastic greatness.
Now who was it that asked for a shop in Norwich?

That's the right answer but I think it might be quite a bit more out of date than that.
