I have heard of it, and Tad Williams too, but I've never read it or anything else by Tad W. I hardly read fiction. Why do you ask?

Tis a good-un. Books of philosophical aphorisms and ideas are my favourite kind of books.

Sorry it hit a sore spot for you but we weren't actually discussing that. I'd asked "define evil" and locky answered with just the one word "rape".
Actually, as 'rape' is a plant I wouldn't have classed that as evil.

My life is worth no more or less than someone else's. Dying doesn't bother me.

I've been in a situation where I thought I was going to die, and the thought never crossed my mind to try and kill the other person. I was scared, but I was only 12 back then, now I've been through so much crap that dying doesn't seem so scary.
