Yeah, I say give him a shave first before going to trial.

The Weapons of Mass Destruction ™ could be found there.

No, don't give him a trail in Britain. The cost of security, heigtened terror alerts etc. is just not worth it, and knowing the Government, we (well, those who have to pay taxes) will have to pay for it.

Why not just like cut little chunks out of him everyday, and leave him. Then fix it, and the next day cut out a new chunk? Could go on forever. Just torture him for the rest of his life, in solitary confinement if you like...

Pfffft, death penalties suck.
Think about it - you have someone killed...that's it, a short spell of pain and suffering then it's all over.

OR

Lifelong solitary confinement. Padded walls, food passed in under the door, they never see anyone until they die, slowly going insane.

Much better.

Yep, they got him alright. But they are gonna try him in Iraq, I'm sorrry but is that not the most stupid idea you have ever heard?

Are we not all forgetting why this man had to be caught? Because he was corrupt, cheating, and the people of Iraq we SCARED OF HIM. He used to force them to co -operate or he would kill them. He had so many people on his side to enforce this.

So if we let the Iraqi's try him, then what's to say they are not still afraid of him? He could just get banished, or a year in jail, because the people are afraid of him and his few followers.

So I think we should send him to the USA, or even Engal;nd to have him tried. Two countries that will not be afraid to give him the punishment he deserves, and give it to him.

I think Iraq is the wrong place to undergo this trial!!

I think they're saying he's being "given" to the Iraqi people for a trial there..which probably means he'll be sent to live in Syria or some other crappy country (joke). He should get hanged or beheaded like a common murderer, but can you imagine a trial of scared/bribed Iraqi judges and officials sending him to his death, when it's far more profitable to let him slink off somewhere. Not saying that Iraq is a corrupt country, just that he's got enough money and supporters to get away with something like that. He should be tried by the UN, or in America even if they are just as guilty of war crimes as he is! Can you imagine finding him in that hole though. "Just move these bricks..oh a hole..oh it's Saddam, hello you're under arrest!".
