If it is simply the best console around now, then the PS2 obviously wins."

In your opinion.

In my opinion it is the Dreamcast now, because there are now games that can rival the best on Dreamcast. PS2 has 50% more power, so I can't wait to see what's in store, but for now the DC is the best.

If you can afford to wait longer

I suppose I should have put another one including price down, which the Dreamcast or PSone would have won.
I put sales, and then just "goodnes of console". Then the PS2 was best because it is the most powerfulo console around now. That`s all. I wasn`t including price.

P.S. Hello there Your Honour. How`s things?

Sorry ssxpro, but the PS2 doesnt obviously win. If you want value for money and a large back catalogue of playabl titles go for a DC. If you are looking to buy in 6-12 months time, probably a PS2 but only if the price has come down.

If you can afford to wait longer then its anyones guess!

I saw them call you a weasel last time, but that was because you wanted cheats in instruction manuals.

Anyway, the "best console" depends what you are basing it on.

If the Gameboy is a console, and you base sucsess on sales, then the GB
If the Gameboy is not a true console, then the PSX is the best if you base it on sales.
It could be any console if you base it on quality games. It depends on your opinion.
If it is simply the best console around now, then the PS2 obviously wins.
