Any of you lot care to share your MP3 knowledge?

Having never owned an MP3 player, and now wanting one, i dont know a great deal about them, or what makes a good one. So if anyone could give me some examples/links to any good MP3 players out there, id be greatful.

Looking to spend up to £200 on one, with a fair bit of space to store my songs on it.

A 10GB iPod is twice the price of a 30GB Zen NX.

It's pretty good value for money - 128MB for £65.
Just right for the bus journeys into college everyday.

Although I'd get an iPod if you're look for something more substantial - like you'd put all your songs on there, rather than swapping them around all the time.

Wmv's wont burn to mp3 disks, didnt assume they'd work on mp3 players.

I dont have a converter and I never knew of such a thing existing. I never used to upload mixes onto the net into net DJing competitions.

What happend to BUYING CDs and simply converting... well no. You don't even have to convert them, although they'll be a bigger file.

I just want to take my songs off my laptop and put them on the MP3 player for the train journeys into Uni ect. The smaller the better.
