It's a tie between Pirates of the Caribbean for being such a fantastic acted affair, brilliant script, all star cast and excellently shot.
And Kill Bill for pure over-the-top brilliance.

Pirates of the Caribbean, Johhny Depp's Kieth Richards inspired character was brilliant.
Thus far I would say Pirates of the Caribbean.
I would have to agree. Pirates of the Caribbean entertained me far more than any other film (even Finding Nemo).
