Ok Kyz21 being the dude he is told Aoe to delete some cookies he also deleted temporary internet files and cleared history but now his internet explorer won't do anything.
What should he do!?

Best thing for him to do is go to www.opera.com and download the latest version...
Seriously, if his IE is broken by flushing the temp files then I don't know what would fix it. Reinstalling it might work, but there are much better browsers available in its place.
