If they give them away for free, it'll be Nintendo only games, unless some kind companies 'donate' games. If they charge for them, they I cant see why it becomes restricted at all...
EDIT: But saying that, no companies are making any money from these games now. So it could possibly be any game.

yeah definately a snes game like chrono trigger. seems silly to get a game you already have like goldeneye.
