I am going on a bit of a buying session at the weekend & was looking for some games. Wot games are currently worth getting?

i think resi 4 is a great game, just not the sole reason people should remember the cube after it's finished. it was really hyped up, so hyped that perhaps it could never live up to it's expectations. the quality of the game can be credited because it still made quite an impact on me when i played it even after the hype. However, i have fonder memories of other games on cube, e.g. metroid prime 1/2, Tales of Symphonia, Eternal Darkness, Skies of Arcadia, and those are just a few that personally spring to my mind.
Perhaps they aren't technically better games, but i have fonder memories of them compared to resi 4. the biggest downfall of resi 4 in my opinion is the lastibility, although it's quite likely ill play it through again, sometime. it just doesn't seem fair to summarise the cube's life as one game, which will soon appear on PS2.

I got resi 4 for the game cube & GTA 3 for the sp. Resi is fan-blooming-tastic. A real top notch game. So good infact that I haven't even played GTA3 yet!
