Van Nistelrooy isn't starting, due to Advocaat being an idiot. I'm happy about that, though.

Ruud won't be starting the match since the bust up with 'the dick'
Advocaat's reason is that he doesn't want to play Kluivart and Ruud alongside each other upfront even though they are the perfect foil for each other and past match results show how cack Advocaat's tactics have been with Holland's getting some woeful results.
