Out school spent somwhere in the region of £15,000 on security to prevent intruders from gaining access to our school yet this idiot has managed it. The man is described as being in his mid twenties with multiple facial piercings.
How novel.

I wont be able to answer that until the legislation is passed.

But not the person to discuss such things as *theoretically* the new Matrix on DVD. Maybe.
It must be hard knowing that if people tell you they have done stuff, and it's illegal stuff, that you should report them.

Anyway, a guy in St Ann's Nottingham captured late night CCTV footage showing several lads (estimate to be between 14-16, in a street, one stops, pulls out a gun, aims and fires, and the flame from the shot can be seen, they then run off. CCTV did not see what was fired at, but it shows how ridiculous the situation is becoming.

They are possibly bringing in some new legislation for all BB's and replicas.

It would depend why you are carrying it.
You would still commit the offence, but if you were carrying it to go fishing, to cut line and such then you would have a defence.
Providing it does not ridiculously big blade.
