The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
Tomorrow is my last day at SR. Some of you will probably breath a sigh of relief at the fact that I won't be able to ban people anymore; some people might miss the fact that I can ;-)
I'm going to work for a company in London on more money with better prospects. Hopefully I'll find time to check back in and say hello and stuff.
So... you'll have to chase the others at SR to get an anti-spam measure in place.
Hrm, now to think of a usertype I can become after leaving.... ideas?

This is a very good idea, no doubt he stole it from one of the other forums that does it. But could there not be a seperate forum for rules?

My point is to have something that no one can have an excuse for not seeing. Plus your idea would mean one extra email per user, including to old users, hence costing SR money. My way costs Snuggly or another staff member about an hour, and one forum post made sticky. Plus a forum post could be edited by Staff to allow for changes, whereas an email would require a whole new email being sent out with the changes on it.

Thats a good idea there.
