But what do you do when you get angry? How do you calm yourself?
Do you keep it in hoping that any minute it'll go away, do you do something physical, or do you simply just walk away?
Hit something. A pillow, a wall, yourself?
What kinds of things set it off for you.
What do you do when you're angry?
The most memorable thing I've done yet whilst angry is throw my guitar against my bedroom wall. That was sad. But it feels so unbelievably nice to throw something when upset. It really does help.
Say you're a 15 year old boy/girl and you get upset/angry a lot, but keep it in. Do you think it'll affect your future? Make you mentally unstable?
Ack, so many questions! I'm inquisitive! I appreciate your opinions, going through a stage where I'm loving to learn about people..! ;)

I know! The poor guitar! :( *tut*

.. I'm glad you're understanding!
Sorry, it was too easy.

As I was reading that, I was just waiting for you to mention a woman.
Guess it happens once a month, much like a werewolf, or a woman.
Over the years i've tried lots of stuff when i have been angry. I ripped a shirt of mine, used my pen knife to cut chunks out of my bedroom desk, punched walls until my knuckles bled (once at school I kicked a wall with all my force and I hobbled around the school for the rest of the day. I though I'd broken my big toe. It was agony.) and many other things too. Normally though I find I gather up my rage and release it all at once and end up hurting myself. E.g. hitting walls.

As for that scenario I am a 15 year old boy and as I've said when I keep it in then I normally end up releasing it in one big burst ending with me hurting myself so I better get over it or I think it probably will effect me later in life.

What sort of sicko would do such a thing! How could you do that? Why?! It just doesn't make sense!
Wait... you are female after all... you don't have to make sense.

I'd like to think that I'd never get so p!ssed off as to actually hit a wall. That's near enough blind rage.
When one of my mates found out his girlfriend was cheating on him, he hit a lampost. Very hard.
His knuckles are about an inch behind where they should be - a very scary, deformed hand.
The moral of this story?
Don't punch lamposts.
Or ignore the fact you're being cheated on.
