The way the bible puts it is just symbolic. Man could have evolved and probably did. In mans most prmitive state they did not need god. As man evolved there brains were able to understand much more things, then there was Jesus and Moses that were sent by god to tell the world about Religion.

Oh yeh..read Levictus in the Bible...you will read it and know you will go to hell.
I think that over the next couple of millions of years, we will be able to master our minds and live in ourself. We could be hooked up to machines that feed us and clean us and we can live in our own imagination and create what ever we need.
