But with films, it's evil! They should ban cliff hangers from movies. With a soap opera you have to wait a day, a week etc. But Revolutions isn't coming out for.. ages! It's too painful.
Leaving you with that ending. Waiting.. Waiting.....

That's what cliffhangers are for.

You call *that* a cliff-hanger? I've seen better. Eastenders for example.
I think that's what made me hate the movie so much. It teases you. You just wanna smash the TV in with a hammer. It wasn't fair.
I rather liked the way the movie was turned,so you do see the council doubting Neo and Morpheus. When confronted with someone who was meant to be all powerful you would be a bit skeptical right?
It would have been very difficult to make a great second movie and still leave you desperate for a third.
Now I know it was over hyped, but people wanted the movie so badly.
The first watch blew me away, not so much through being a great film, (it is still rather good I think) but because it was a new Matrix movie.
The second time round I got more of the deeper parts of the plot. But saw the flaws.
But in saying that, they did manage a movie that was the most visually impressive movie ever, with some fabulous fight sequences, and it left you with the mother of all cliff hangers.
And yet you still complain?
It's the greatest trailer ever shown. Now wait for the movie.

Agreed, I watched Reloaded for the first time just now on DVD, I got the impression that I'd already seen it as they hype machine had only included the best bits.
The story-line is developing nicely though, so guess I'll just have to lock myself in a closet for 6 months till Revolutions comes out on DVD.
