What's your best book so far you've ever read, author (if you remember) and a little description about it....

I have loads, presonally, but a great one im reading now is Atermis Fowl, by Eoin Colfer and its all about a bok, his family, him being a criminal and Fairies...

What's yours?

Don't read all that much anymore, but I used to read anything I could get my hands on. Michael Crichton is my favourite author; I've got pretty much all the fiction he's written. "The Lost World", "The Terminal Man" and "Timeline" stood out for me.

Well what ones do you read, your best one you've read and what its about...I know im weird, especially because right now im reading two books. I started Matilda like 40 mins ago and im on page 101 and I started Atermis Fowl like two days ago, got bored so I put it down at page 30, picked it back up and read another 20 today. I'm 12 so I don't really know about the books that you guys read, if anyone could give me a short or long description that'll be GREAT!! : P

I remember in this other forum we used to say 'BUMP', that was what we said when no one was posting and we wanted it to go to the top and be noticable for people to post in again. It's a more pleasent way to say

' OI, u, yea', u, get ur slobby a$$ ova' ere' 'n' post summin' in this forum ere' '

I'm reading 'the bell' by Iris Murdoch..only cos I have to but its quite good actually...I'm also reading a play claled..'Our Countrys Good'..which is also good lots of swearing and such...Books are best read more than once, and Annatated!

Hmm, is one of them for college reasons you have to read them?

reading them both for college...still good tho!

If I wanted to I could finish both Matilda and Artemis Fowl today!! But I dont want to, it will only take an hour or so, with the Harry Potter books it was easy, especially the last, I was so into it, it took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to read 300 pages. I know you guys probably read much more in much less time, but i'm just saying ; )
