When he thought he had found the right chamber (number 5 his third attempt at pulling the trigger) he fired it away from himself and nothing happened, i think he got scared :D
To be more mathematical about it, he shot 2 out of 5 away freom his head i.e. 40% chance of getting it right. So even if it wasn't an agreed illusion, it was far off the 16 2/3 % he was claiming before.
I thought it was alright. None of the shock and awe of Blaine - just a bloke who freely admits he isn't a magician attempting to guess someone's thoughts. Missed the whole thing though, just changed in time to see the last two triggers.

I thought he only shot it 4 times, and even if he did shoot it 5 times, he didn't fire it the last time to see if there was a bullet in the last slot or whatever it is...
