The Japanese promos for GC are filtering out and on them GC is listed as launching July 21, 2001 in Japan at 17,800 yen which converted is about $153.00 US dollars. This proves GC will not be $200.00 as some have said and it also proves there will be no delay. Go here to take a look at one of the posters:

Nintendo have announced it will be no more than 200 but no less than 100 so it wont be 300!!!!!!!!!

If the choice was free, yes.

If they were both £300, (More.), then no. Not even Mario is worth that much.

I would buy it if I had a choice between the PS2 and SSX or the GC and a new Mario.

I will certainly not be buying it if it came out at £300... even if there were loads of games for it.

I would wait for the price drop, and happily read my Metriod manual over, and over, and over... :D
