GameCube will be $150.00
The Japanese promos for GC are filtering out and on them GC is listed as launching July 21, 2001 in Japan at 17,800 yen which converted is about $153.00 US dollars. This proves GC will not be $200.00 as some have said and it also proves there will be no delay. Go here to take a look at one of the posters:

Personally I think that Nintendo should make a software emulator for the Gamecube...so it can emulate the N64, they could then build this emulator along with old N64 games onto their Optical Discs and therefore release with a budget range of N64 games at launch!
I reckon they should have a disk with all the RARE games on, they could fit and I would probably (definetely) buy it!
Mainly because (apart from yen, lira, etc) businesses try to use the same figure for every country (even if it means they are making a huge profit) so I reckon our price will be the US price with the £ sign instead of $
And that poster is so believably fake, it's unbelievable.
Where did you copy that news from? Don't go there any more, trust me.
But anyway, the Gamecube will be that price... quite likely anyway.

That would be pure class. Major shortages though!!!
