Anyone getting this? It's looking very good indeed and it's just gone gold. Rumour has it that there will be a demo on the 10th or around then with the game being released on the 24th. I must admit I had my doubts as to whether or not this will come out in June but thankfully it is. I haven't read or seen much about this until now because I was trying not to get into all of the hype. Looks like a must have by the looks of it.

I'm interested! Bloody girlfriend having a life...

In case anyone is interested, I'll be running the TotalBF2 Map Pack 2 on the server tonight. SOme of the maps are sweet including Strike at Karkand 2, Strike at Abu Dubai & The awesome water/helicopter map who's name escapes me right now.

So if any of you fancy something different tonight from the usual BF2, then grab a copy of the maps from totalbf2 and join me tonight.

After 8000 points for Staff, it's 20,000 until the next one, well technically 2 as it depends on which badges you have too.

Do agree though, they totally buggered it with 1.03

Played my first game today in months, it was excellent.

I'm slightly rusty, I only got 44 points though I did join half way.

I think they've ruined it with this new patch. In my pretty poor performance today, I was promoted once and unlocked two awards. Where's the challenge?

Hey, if you'd seen my stats, you'd know I dont hack... They're dire:

Currently a Staff Seargent and due to rank again in March 2006 after another 222+ hours of play, but that depends on whether I get my basic pistol or not!;)

HAX are for losers tbh. Multiplay do a good job of keeping them hax free, though after recent events with Sony, we're all doomed by the hax0r and Sony's DRM! (Long story, but very interesting)

Kind of get used to the Hax accusations, comes with the territory of running your own server. Had a guy on the other night on Karkand (US) who finished a round with a score of 662!! Needless to say his IP was added to the banned list.

Must admit, although not strictly a hack, I do use BF2CC to find out what veichles people are in or who's commander for the opposite side.
