Anyone getting this? It's looking very good indeed and it's just gone gold. Rumour has it that there will be a demo on the 10th or around then with the game being released on the 24th. I must admit I had my doubts as to whether or not this will come out in June but thankfully it is. I haven't read or seen much about this until now because I was trying not to get into all of the hype. Looks like a must have by the looks of it.

I'm on every night, but in my own server!;) Starting to get bored of the maps though now. I am the clans 1337 bomber now, unstoppable in an Su34/F15 with the right pilot. TV Guided Rockets 4theWin!;)

Choppers are just targets that try to get away at speed, you should have played against use more when we played every night as i'm not sure i've seen you in game yet.

Funny you should mention this. We've decided to give the TotalBF2 Map Pack 2 a go on our server as somepoint in the very near future. We're just waiting for all our members to obtain and install the map pack before we add them to the server. Will be doing a custom map weekend hopefully next weekend. Will keep you posted.

Tyla, you ever run any of the TotalBF2 map packs on your server?

There's some good maps but hardly anyone running them 'cos they're unranked.

I wouldn't get too excited. BF2 is not due for a console release unless you mean BF2:Modern Combat, which is totally dire.

BF2:MC is more like Desert Combat for 1942 in many ways, including the dated looking graphics and choice of transport.

Note to all... BF2:MC totally sucks.

Cannot WAIT until BF2 goes onto the PS2... HotSwapping looks soooo cool....I may have to get online play for it!
