"Anyone got any tips for a Best Man's Speech?"

My mate is getting married in about 8 weeks, and he's asked me to be his best man. So:

1. I'm THE Best Man, ergo, I'm better than you lot.

2. I'm not *that* great, despite being the best, because I'm a little stuck when it comes to making a speech. So have any of you been Best Men? Or got any (helpful!) tips for the speech?

The thing is, I'vew only known him for 6 years, and for four of those we went to different universities!

Don't supposed anyone knows where I can get photo of a wrinkled old man on a motorbike do you? I've been searching on Google, but on this dial up connection it's too slow...

Make them funny, tell about some childhood memories (as long as they are funny)?
