"Anyone got any tips for a Best Man's Speech?"

My mate is getting married in about 8 weeks, and he's asked me to be his best man. So:

1. I'm THE Best Man, ergo, I'm better than you lot.

2. I'm not *that* great, despite being the best, because I'm a little stuck when it comes to making a speech. So have any of you been Best Men? Or got any (helpful!) tips for the speech?

Man, I'd love to give a best man's speech about my mates. They'd rule, because I rule.

Not too close with my brother, so if I were to get married anytime soon, my man The Wal would be my first choice as best man. He has two brothers, so to save bickering between the two, he said I'd be his best man too.

Anyway, as for your speech. Embarrass him. Lots. Simple.

"Last night he was like, "I don't wanna get married" and I'm like "Shut up, she's loaded", I mean, that's what marriage is about right? And love yeah."
