If it was up to you, would you have a strong-ish relationship ('going out') or would you have a very strong friendship with a member of the opposite sex?

I'm more of a friendship guy myself, seeing as I don't have the balls to ask someone out in the first place.

that's made me realise how much i hate the whole 'lads' thing. when you want to impress a few girls or someone in particular, or just want to build up a firm image with others, the last thing you need is a monkey-faced gimp with yellow teeth givin' it the 'lads only' thing.

I pulled my two closest "girl-friends". Not girlfriends but ya know. Umm... I also went pretty far with one of them. Mistake at the time, but now it's OK. Again. But I really, really like one of them, and I'm afraid to say anything...

It's wierd, I've been so much further than all my friends. It's 'cos I was born in France, right?

I'm not spamming. I am saying i made the mistake of going out wiht a really really close friend. It was not a good idea i now know.

I'd have a very strong friendship. But with the odd messing around. Maybe.

I'd never ruin a strong, good friendship with a relationship though.
