I had my first “proper” self defence class on Thursday.

I now know 3 Home Office approved restraining holds, and one for controlling someone who is on the floor.

I’m a happy camper.

did you learn the move where you offer to shake someones hand, then pull it away quickly, put your thumb on your nose, and wiggle your fingers about?

Did you learn the movement when you twist someones arm around during a handshake, and hold it behind their back?
