I had my first “proper” self defence class on Thursday.
I now know 3 Home Office approved restraining holds, and one for controlling someone who is on the floor.

It would be pretty kool, but the government sucks so much that if you shot a bad guy who was holding up an old women you would get told off and get sued by the criminal!

Shouldn't affect you too much, there are people on the course who have them.

Actually it doesn't strike me as a bad job to be honest, if I was more fit than I am I'd consider doing it. I think you have to have your weight within your ideal BMI though which at the moment rules me out, unless I lose it before graduation next year, which isn't out of the question.
