Outrageous diving and allegedly continuously winding up opponents. Pires could well be landed with a fine.

As usual, of course, Wenger saw nothing. Sainsburys are giving away vouchers for £10 eye tests at specsavers, perhaps he should pay them a visit...

So Arsenal's season has seen a red-card, a charge of violent conduct, an FA rap following Viera's outburst and now possibly more trouble from this incident. And we're still in August!

I wonder what odds I'll get for Arsenal breaking the Premiership disciplinary record this season?

Yeah they are getting impatient. They have been denied the title by their biggest rivals to it and they want it back. IN doing so they are so hyped up they feel the need to cheat as they obviously can't win it playing fair.

Arsenal are just becoming far too agressive, and arrogant. They want titles, and now. At least that's my theory for the over-zealous tackling.

Har har. Jeffers has shown himself to be a player who not only lacks discipline, but brains. If the whole team were getting red cards every week for stuff like that, it'd be a real problem. Sol Campbell is another player that's in trouble, and rightly so for kicking out at Djemba. But two players doesn't merit a crisis.

So far this season, only one red card in the Premiership, and that was for a foul as last man back. Hardly your standard vicious attack. However, I saw the highlights and didn't see any diving so don't know who did it.
