A few people were banned for messing about, some would say it was just whilst others wouldnt however did you expect them to just leave quietly?

Nah, of course they waited until election day, a landmark SR day, to "wreak havock" as it were.

All of these forums are logged, i presume, it will log anything from name changes to tag changes. It doesn't take long to find the people who changed their names to have ||| in them
