Yup, Rhin APC is a an armoured personnel carrier used by Space Marine forces in the Games Workshop Warhammer 40,000 fantasy battle game.
Carries 10 Space Marines, all terrain vehicle with twin tracks, and pintel mouted twin linked storm bolters, used by all chapter of Space Marines. It's design is the basis for many imperial vehicles which build on it's STC (standard template construct) design to create variants such as the Predator, Razorback, Whirlwind and Vindicator.
Design originates from c30000 and was originally manufactured by the Mars Tech Priests, before the Emperor allowed the Space Marine chapters to manufacture their own vehicles, weapons and armanements.

the letters APC kinda gave a large clue as to what it was for
Advance Wars 2, it's used to carry troops around etc.
