For once I'll agree with Robin, there was no call to use Ethiopians as an example and some may find it offensive, expecially when this country just found out around 48% of it's 16 year olds just left 11 years of education without basic qualifications.
52% of 16 year olds left with 5 a-c grades, 48% did not, that means a good proportion of the 48% have no grasp of basic english grammar, math, science, and other basic subjects.

Ethiopian children don't have grammar, they just can't afford it. Do you know, Ethiopian women have to walk five miles barefoot in the sweltering heat to collect a bucket full of words? They have to carry it back again on their heads. Every day! Which is why I find it horrendous when people don't care like this.
