I wouldn't be surprised if when they find him he's actually a Transformer type robot, capable of turning into a massive rocket launcher and chemical weapons plant.
In fact, have they even tried to change some of the vehicles in Baghdad? He might be just sitting there, as a jeep, laughing at everyone, waiting until the time is right to turn into a space ship and fly to his Death Star type satellite.
Not only that, he has laser-eyes, like Godzilla in the cartoons, but not the American movie. And it makes the cool laser sound.
And he has a cloning plant. That's how he produced another Chemical Ali, the one that has just been captured, who is actually the third in total after the one that got bombed to the death, and the one that got eated by the crocodiles in Iraq's sewer system.

Exactly the image I had in my head.
Aah, Meka, how d'you come up with these things?
Anyways, No WOMD's were found because they're all underground or buried. Yeah, Sadam is probably a robot. And he can just fly to the moon or something..
He won't be found for a long time.. He has so much money, he could be anywhere, litteraly.
The robot idea is still best.

Excellent

Yup. Expect it to be leaked to the Evening Standard by Alistair Campbell very soon...

I can imagine it right now.
