We've got CNN on down here at work - some guy was giving a speech on the progress of the war at the UN HQ in Baghdad and then the cameras went black and there was a massive power cut. All I can hear is screaming in the background. It was a bomb. I can't believe they're showing this footage.

Which means Alistair Campbell's evidence in The Hutton inquiry gets relegated to 2nd or 3rd place in the news.

I meant to say there was a power cut in Baghdad, not where I work. Possibly a suicide truck bomb. The fact they released the footage is fairly shocking.

Damn my confusing phraseology.
