My graphics card is a Rage Mobility and i have to download specific drivers which i cant find anywhere on the net. I am gonna write a big letter to TIME asking them for some assistence and a free instruction manual for the laptop while i am at it. I emailed them a few months back asking for help and said that i should phone them up!?!? Why couldn't they just write in an email what i had to do?

Windows CD's come with a lot of drivers built in (Windows XP is particularly good) but there's no guarantee that you won't need to download drivers for some/all of your hardware. If you want to be smart about it, download the drivers before you reinstall, at least enough to enable you to connect to the internet - that way, you'll be able to get any drivers you missed from the internet.
