Did you spend months looking through reference material, note taking etc ?

When, in relation to when you had to have it finished, did you actuallt start working on teh first draft ?

How long did you spend doing a literature review ?

When di you even start any work on it, again in relation to the hand in date ?

I'm doing mine, hence I'm curious how you lot did yours :) I seem to have spent June and July just note taking - mine is not based on fieldwork by the way - and I reckon I won't be starting a lit review until second to last week in August at this rate !

My mate goes to Derby, it's beyond a dump, he couldn't even pass ITT to be a primary teacher lol

One of my mates has just finished at Brighton. I say "mate" in the loosest sense of the term, as I haven't really seen him since he started there!

What's that? Er I mean about 7 years ago in Brighton Uni. Cool place to be a student, the town that is, the uni is a dump. Them there Sussex snobs was always giving uz jip for no being smart as they is! I've also been a student at Derby (dump) and Bath Spa (cool place). And my favourite colour is purple.

This is all reassuring stuff, I've already started :)

I think I'm going to have the option of doing a project for mine, so I'll probably take that up instead of the dissertation route.
