FAKE!!
how can you enjoy it, most poeple watch sport becasue it can go either way and there are some rules to it. how can you enjoy somebody being hit by a chair then manage to get up without any injury.
the worst thing is that some do belive that it is real (i'm not saying everyone) they look forward to the ''fights'' and get surprised by the winner
THEY (the wrestlers) know who is going to win, and of course, there are times where we can guess, but really, we don't know who's going to win.
And they are sportsmen. They are athletes. You try and do some of the stuff they do.

how many sportsmen know the result of the match before they start the game!
Admittedly, yes, you make a fair point in saying that no other athletes know who is going to win before they start their competition, but that doesn't make them sportsmen.

how can you compete if you have been told you are going to lose!
You're competing for the highest level of fitness with the other wrestlers backstage. They have to be on top of their game and form at all times, and if they continue to do so, and rivals don't, they're given a shot at something a little higher up in the company.
Example: Wreslter A is in a match with Wrestler B for the Championship. Wreslter A wins, and Wrestler B has a bad match and isn't on form. Wrestler C, who has been performing highly in other matches and has a high level of fitness may then get to replace Wrestler B as Wrestler A's competitor.
Competition, no?
