To make matters worse she said the reason they chose the two weeks they're going is because nothing important is happening then. In other words, she's completely forgotten my 21st birthday is during the second week she's away! We were supposed to be organising a party together and she's completely forgotten.
I didn't remind her when she rang. It didn't feel right. But I'm really hurt by the fact that she didn't invite me or remember my birthday's coming up.
Am I being unreasonable thinking this?

It's September 27th Borat.

I'm not like that. I hate revenge. Her 21st is 3 weeks after mine.

What's the point? She's not going to be here whether I tell her or not. The tickets are booked and it's all settled. I'd rather she had a holiday guilt free and I'll tell her she forgot when she gets back and that I was hurt by her bringing Donna. I don't want to ruin her holiday.

That's the worst bit of advice I've ever seen.
obviously this person isn't as much of a friend as you thought.
Let me know when your birthday is and I'll be sure to have a drink as a tribute to your (what should be most celebrated of all) birthday.
don't get too down about it, and be sure to 'forget' her birthday when the time comes.

Well like I said, you should ring her and tell her. It's better to try and start making things better now than let it get worse over the next few weeks before the confrontation.

All you need is moonlight, music and Des Lynam.
