Or, at least I could. Probably not now. I could do it when I was going to the gym and doing boxing, weights and push ups/sit ups every week without fail.
Anyway, I do "uber sit ups" - Mel Gibson does them, I saw him on a Clive Anderson show.
Some barely work you at all, whilst some will feel like they're going to kill you.
Go bench-press something. We'll all be much more impressed :)
A few days ago I did 200 push ups over a few hours (I'd do a set, go off and watch TV, listen to music, then go back and do another set and so on and so on) The first 10 sets of 20 were fine, the last couple were pretty hard.
If I'm lucky, I'll do 30 sit ups and 20 push ups in one day, that's how lazy I am. Sometimes I do 100 sit ups and over 60 push ups, depends how I'm feeling.
