I have a step dad, i would not class him as ever being there for me at all. He is the dad to one of my sister Stephanie so its hard to see him always being a dad to her. My mums husband now however is really nice man and ive never seen her this happy. He is great to get along with. But still it isnt my real dad.
What also hurts is when my sister Stephanie use to always say things in a heat of an arguement such as HE's MY DAD....and....AT LEAST IVE GOT A DAD, i never thought my little sis could ever get to me.
Do you think i have missed out an awful lot with not having my real dad around. Sometimes i sit and think to my self What if he was still around what would my life have been like if he was still here.
