No Answer eh....?! And anyway, you haven't Played MGS2, you have meerly played the DEMO, so don't come to us looking all cool young lad! People could say that they have played Sonic Adventure 2 in a weeks time but NOOOOOOOO...they have played the Demo....Ali, you have disappointed us all!!!

I wonder if anyone will actually play Zone Of The Enders? I must admit, I'm only buying the game *just* to play the Metal Gear 2 demo.

Quick question Ali - How's the in-game camera behaviour? I've seen would-be classic titles ruined by the in-game camera (ala' Sonic Adventure).

Actually, Z.O.E doesn't look too shabby and it's been brought to us by Hideo Kojima, so I'm quite optimistic that it'll be a good title.

Speaking of which, I hear Z.O.E is out late March - any truth to this anyone?

I'm afraid if you want the demo you'll have to pre-order Zone Of The Enders, another top Konami title - it comes with a free MGS2 demo, the same one I played in fact.

For all you doubters out there, hear this. I had a completely open mind before I played it, preparing myself to perhaps be a little disappointed that I wouldn't live up to the hype. I was so wrong. Any people who think MGS2 looks "crap" would be converted in about 30 seconds, honestly. The level of detail is unlike anything I have seen before ie. you can fire a tranquliser dart into a guards neck, then zoom in so close you can see the writing on the side of the dart in the guy's neck. How impressive is that? Any more questions?

Yes but what people say and what companies do are completly different matters, Konami have games in development for the GC and X-Box.

I dont know and you dont know what these games are and Konami know that the GC will be biggest in Japan and MGS2 will do best there so there is nothing to stop them releasing it for the GC.

Konami will seriously be thinking about it! and maybe?!

Wrong.

Hideo Kojima confirmed that MGS2 is PS2 only, while they are releasing MGS-X on X-Box, a mixture of MGS and MGS2.

Good news for Dan2K1 then.

I do think Konami are in serious talks at the moment with Nintendo to get MGS2 over onto the GAMECUBE as a 2nd date release (the second batch of release games)
