Same as the RAW thread. You all seem to think it's a good idea so I made a smackdown thread. Just discuss what happens on smackdown, week in, week out. Remember NO SPOILERS but if you really have to post one, make sure you give everyone a chance to watch the show.

P.S. Lets keep this different from Your Shout.

michael cole = "here's the cover, tag team titles on the line, kickout at 2" repeat ad nauseum.

also, i like eddies promos/expressions when he's being goofy heel. he's just more fun to watch, i don't buy him as an unhinged loony.

Great news for Vince - Smackdown did a 1.7 rating.

Not sure how bad this is but before it was moved it did around about 3.2 -3.5 so I assume it's pretty bad.

Nice sensible booking from the smackdown team there, Eddie wins what seems like his first match of 2005 and suddenly becomes the number 1 contender.

Man High-botch-rate looks stupid with that face paint. Looks more like something out of Metal Gear Solid 3

I think Burchills mic work was pretty good, favourite part was definately calling Scotty a dancing poof(sp?) but then again who DOES know how to spell it!or something along those lines

Not me. I think Shane should take over rather than Steph and HHH.

Probably longer than that, I mean, who's to say the 4th generation of McMahons will be any better than the previous 3?

If Steph takes over not very likely! OK she has some sort of business degree from Harvard I think it is but putting theory into practice is another thing.

Steph's influence has been very obvious, from the demotion of Heyman off the writing team and HHH being involved in i think it was 23 out of 25 World Title matches just to give a couple of examples.

And to think we have a good 10, 20 or 30 years of it (if the WWE stays in business)

Someone telling vince what to do?

Then again she's just scream as loud and as long as she could to get him to change his mind. That will get anyone to change their mind!
