I'd say Redman is Hip-Hop but you will probably say I'm stupid for thinking that.

Anyway, I think I will order College Dropout today.

Rap is like, Dr. Dre, Eazy-E, Compton's Most Wanted.

Hip-Hop is a slightly different sound, ahrd to explain but songs like Nas is Like by Nas and Magnificent by Mos Def are good examples. Listen to those two and a song by the artists above.

There's this band at one of my local grungy clubs called the filaments ( www.thefilaments.com ). They're great! theyre like, really into anarchy and they hav this song called B*****d Coppers, the pre-chorus is just "F**k.....the....pigs!!!!" about 10 times in a row!!! they like, ska/punk coz they hav guitars drums n a bassist, but also a few trombones, trumpets etc. o and mohiekans. cant forget the mohiekans. :)
