The Federation feat E-40 - Hyphee
Big Gipp feat Sleepy Brown - Steppin Out
The Ranjahz feat Cee-Lo - Inspiration
Check out The High & Mighty as well. Just got their album and it's pretty good. Usually my first listen to a album doesn't produce much of a reaction but this has got me wanting to listen to it again next chance i get.

Recently I would go for:
New but old skool:
Das EFX - They Want EFX
Newish:
Jaylib - Champion Sound + S**trip Club
Westside Connection & Knoc Turnal - Lights Out (that might be quite old, it was on a 10" I picked up for another track: but it kicks)
And (still) the Outkast LP, Saian Supa Crew + RZA collaboration, and for dancefloor fun the ODB track 'Pop Sh*t' on The Neptunes album.
Anyone heard the new RZA solo LP? I'm thinking of picking it up soon, but I haven't heard anything from it for some reason.
